Terms & Conditions

1. All the stationery is hand crafted, therefore no two items will be identical. Please allow for some slight variation. This is not a product fault.
2. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However price increases will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
3. Proofreading is the responsibility of the client so please check your proofs very carefully. If a further amendment is required once signed proofs are received and printing has commenced, a re-printing charge will be payable.
4. No orders can be despatched until full payment has been received and cheques have cleared.
5. Ophelia Designs cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during the delivery process. I do however make every effort to package your stationery order to perfection and use the top level of delivery service. I realise the importance of the contents and expect the parcel to reach you in top condition.
6. In the case of an order being cancelled, the client is required to pay for any completed work that exceeds the non-refundable 25% deposit.
7. It is not the responsibility of Ophelia Designs to obtain any copyright permission for the use of hymns or readings used in the stationery. This is at the client’s discretion.
