To order click 'Order' on your chosen design page and follow the simple instructions or call 01626-331051 to place a telephone order.
If you need time to collate any outstanding details, your order can be split into stages. This also enables you to spread the cost of the total balance because you only pay for each stage as it becomes ready for despatch, simply click in the relevant boxes on the order form to let me know that you are following later with any unconfirmed details.
Once I receive your order, I will confirm the details to you in writing, giving you a cost breakdown indicating any discounts you may qualify for and a list of any further information required.
There is no need to send any money now. I will request a non-refundable DEPOSIT of 25% when confirming your order. The balance is due on completion. I will notify you when the order is ready for despatch.
PROOFS: You will be sent a FREE proof of any inserts. I will not commence with printing until you are happy and have returned it, signed, to me.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS are 5% on orders over £200 and 10% on orders over £400. These discounts are applied to your invoice and will show on your order confirmation.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING is payable with each stage of order or delivery as follows:
£3.50.........orders £50 or less.
£7.00.........orders £50 - £200.
£10.00.......orders £200 - £400. Thereafter P&P is FREE.
DELIVERY of international parcels may incur a small extra charge. UK parcels are sent as ‘Special Next Day Delivery’. International parcels take between 3-5 days. A signature is required with both services.
BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE: I can design your wedding stationery exclusively for you using your wedding themes and colours. This service is FREE to all orders over £100 and a ‘no obligation’ draft will be designed before you commit. Please contact me for further discussion.
SAMPLES: To fully appreciate the beautiful handcrafted quality of Ophelia Designs and to see how your stationery will look in your chosen colours, you may request up to 4 samples. As I handcraft each sample to your requirements a £3 charge is payable for each and is fully redeemable on the placement of an order.
